All listed equipment is subject to prior sale and availability. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or reprice listings at any time without notice. Final equipment details, including current condition, mileage/hours, and availability, will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Buyers are encouraged to request additional photos, video walkthroughs, or arrange third-party inspections at our yard in Xujie Town, Liangshan County, Shandong Province, China prior to purchase.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

All enquiries and quote requests are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including equipment no longer being available.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and we have issued a written purchase confirmation. We may contact you using the details you provided to coordinate payment, documentation, and logistics.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy available on our website.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping freight costs, import duties, customs fees, taxes, or port handling charges unless explicitly stated in writing.

All equipment is dispatched via freight carrier from our yard in Xujie Town, Liangshan County, Shandong Province, China. Domestic shipments are handled via flatbed or lowboy trucking. International shipments are arranged via container or Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) ocean freight.

Estimated delivery timelines:

•       Domestic: 5–15 business days depending on distance and carrier availability.

•       International: 4–8 weeks depending on destination port, customs clearance, and inland transport.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, port congestion, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for import duties, taxes, port charges, and customs clearance costs in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.

Risk of loss and damage passes to the buyer once the equipment has been handed over to the freight carrier. We strongly recommend buyers arrange adequate cargo insurance for international shipments.
